Salted Maple Cold Foam Iced Latte


Ingredients:

  • Espresso: 1 or 2 shots of Warm Hug espresso in case you prefer lighter or stronger

  • Milk: 120 ml/ 4 oz of milk (whole milk works particularly well with these flavors).

  • Salted Maple Cold Foam: Heavy cream/ oat cream, maple syrup, milk of choice, salt.

 

Directions:

  • Salted Maple Cold Foam:       
    - 3 oz of heavy cream/ oat cream
    - half oz/ 15 ml maple syrup
    - pinch of salt
    - 1 oz/ 30 ml milk of choice
    mix all of it together and froth until you reach your desired consistency!

  • Combine:       
    - fill half your cup with ice
    - pour in 120 ml/ 4 oz of milk
    - add half oz/ 15 ml of maple syrup to your milk and stir
    - brew and add a double shot of espresso
    - add your cold foam on top and stir slightly
